I just wanted to thank you all for taking care of my little cat Chloe‘s surgery and recovery!! You all were so wonderful to us! Dr. Hansen had to remove all her teeth because they were giving her so much pain and she had periodontal disease!!! She was such a sad cat before the surgery!! She is now a completely different cat!! She can eat everything and she is so much better that she has finally started to grow a little !!! She will always be a tiny cat but she looks so much healthier! Her first year of life had to be miserable with all that pain! You all have made her and me so so happy!! Thank you so much for helping her to have a better life!! We have had two smaller mixed breed sisters since they were 8 weeks old. As can be challenging with small breed dogs, they have big dog teeth sometimes, and we had some tough discussions when we took them in to Dr. Hansen for their checkups and cleanings. After a couple pf extractions of small, non-useful teeth and an explanation of why we were keeping certain ones for structural integrity, I have an 11 old little girl, Spot, that I happy and all smiles. “Dr. Hansen is hands-down, the most patient, empathetic, and skilled veterinarian that we’ve worked with. We selected Dr. Hansen because of her extensive credentials and experience. However, she offers so much more than veterinary care! I am one of those neurotic dog owners and my Great Dane, Pickles, is an elderly and nervous girl. Dr. Hansen went above and beyond to explain the tooth extraction procedure to me and endured hundreds of aftercare questions. She was incredibly reassuring and notified me, before, during and after, Pickles' procedure. I was especially grateful to her for caring enough to take the time to establish a connection with my dog during our consultation prior to the procedure, such that Pickles was basically in her lap. Because Dr. Hansen was so thorough in discussing Pickles after care with me, I felt that I knew what to expect when I brought her home. We will never be patron to any other veterinarian than Dr. Hansen!”

Finding a reliable vet in a new city can be incredibly stressful, so our discovery of Dr. Hansen was a huge weight off our shoulders. We had recently rescued Boris, but he came with serious dental issues. Dr. Hansen quickly diagnosed him and presented us with some options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, before proceeding with our desired course of action. Within days of his surgery, Boris’ demeanor and quality of life had improved drastically. While Dr. Hansen’s obvious skill as a dental surgeon is definitely appreciated, it was her thoughtfulness and empathetic nature that really stood out for us. The ease with which she explained the process and then helped guide us to a decision made the whole experience painless for all of us. Everything she predicted has come to fruition, and Boris has led a complete and joyous tooth-free life for the last six years. We cannot recommend Dr. Hansen highly enough.
